By downloading, installing, or using Untethered ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Untethered is a Safari Content Blocker that attempts to hide short-form video content on various websites. The App provides declarative blocking rules to Safari and does not interact with, modify, or access web content directly.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all short-form video content will be successfully blocked at all times. Websites frequently change their structure, and blocking rules may become outdated.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Untethered and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from:
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App.
You acknowledge that the App modifies how web content is displayed in Safari and accept all risks associated with its use. You are solely responsible for determining whether the App is suitable for your needs.
The App blocks content on third-party websites and services over which we have no control. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party website or service. We make no representations about the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party service.
Any future in-app purchases will be handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. We do not receive or store any payment information.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Untethered and its developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
